03 — Experience

Brand Experience

Brand experience is everything a customer actually touches: the website, the packaging, the signage, the deck, the social feed. Brand Veneer Studio designs and builds these surfaces for businesses in Nairobi and Kiambu County so the identity is lived rather than filed.

03 — Experience — visual study
Inside the discipline

The website, collateral and environments where the brand is actually met.

01

Custom Website Design & Development

The highest-traffic surface most brands own. We design and build custom, responsive sites — structured for search, fast on Kenyan mobile networks, and written to convert rather than to describe.

Built on WordPress or Webflow where your team needs to edit daily, or hand-built where performance and bespoke interaction matter more than a page builder.

02

Responsive UI/UX

Information architecture, wireframes and interface design before any visual polish: what a visitor is trying to do, in what order, and what is in their way.

Every layout is designed mobile-first, because the majority of Kenyan traffic arrives on a phone, on a network that punishes heavy pages.

03

CMS & Handover

WordPress or Webflow, configured with clean editable regions, a component library that matches the identity, and no unnecessary plugins to age badly.

Handover includes a recorded walkthrough and a written manual so your team can publish confidently in week one.

04

Corporate Stationery & Collateral

Letterheads, business cards, invoices, folders, brochures and marketing collateral — set up as print-ready artwork with correct bleed, colour profiles and stock recommendations.

We brief and supervise printers in Nairobi where you want the studio to hold the standard through production.

05

Presentation & Document Templates

PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides masters with real slide layouts, plus proposal and report templates in Word or Docs.

This is where most identities quietly fail — the deck is where the brand meets its most valuable audience, usually without a designer in the room.

06

Packaging, Signage & Environments

Packaging structure and artwork, retail and office signage, wayfinding and environmental graphics — specified with materials, finishes and fabrication drawings.

Physical surfaces are unforgiving: a palette that looked correct on screen has to be matched in vinyl, powder coat and ink.

Questions

Answered plainly.

Clear scope, no hidden assumptions. Open any question for the practical answer.

Can you build a website if my brand identity came from someone else?

Yes — we take website and collateral work against an existing identity regularly, provided a usable set of brand assets and rules exists. Where they do not, we run a short identity alignment first so the build has something consistent to express.

How long does a website take?

Five to nine weeks for a typical growth-stage business site, from sitemap to launch, assuming content is available. Inside the Full Brand Build the site begins after identity approval and overlaps with collateral production.

Do you maintain the site after launch?

We offer a monthly care retainer covering updates, backups, performance monitoring and small design changes. It is optional, and clients who prefer to run it in-house get the documentation to do so.

Do you manage printing and fabrication?

We supply print-ready and fabrication-ready artwork as standard, and can brief and supervise trusted printers and fabricators in Nairobi and Kiambu on your behalf.
