Scope

Exactly what this covers.

01

The core set

Business cards, letterhead, compliment slip, envelope, invoice and quotation layouts, email signature, and a document template in Word or Google Docs so everyday correspondence stays on brand.

Artwork is supplied print-ready with bleed, correct colour profiles and stock and finish recommendations — uncoated versus coated, weight, foil or emboss where it earns its cost.

02

Extended collateral

Folders, brochures, one-pagers, rate cards, proposal templates and presentation masters for PowerPoint, Keynote or Slides.

The presentation master matters more than most clients expect — it is where the brand meets its highest-value audience, usually with no designer involved.

How it runs

The process, week by week.

01 · Week 1

Scope

We agree the exact item list, quantities and print method with your printer's constraints in hand.

02 · Weeks 2–3

Design

The set designed as a family so every piece is recognisably one system.

03 · Week 4

Print readiness

Artwork prepared, printer briefed, proofs reviewed and signed off.

Why it matters

Stationery is often the first order placed after a rebrand, and it is where missing specifications show up immediately — a CMYK breakdown, a secondary lockup, a rule for the tagline. Clients who start here typically move into brand guidelines within a quarter.

Questions

Answered plainly.

Clear scope, no hidden assumptions. Open any question for the practical answer.

Do you arrange the printing?

We supply print-ready artwork as standard, and can brief, quote and supervise trusted printers in Nairobi and Kiambu so the studio holds the standard through production.

What is the minimum engagement?

The core stationery set. We do not design a business card in isolation — a card designed without the letterhead and invoice beside it tends not to match them.

Can you match an existing brand?

Yes, provided usable brand assets exist. Where they do not, we agree a short set of rules first so the collateral is repeatable.
