We start with a 60 minute discovery on the business, the buyer and what has and has not worked. We then review three surfaces: your brand as a whole, your website, and the documents your team sends to win work.
You receive a 6 page written report. It names what is working, what is costing you attention or trust, and the order in which to fix it, followed by one call to walk through it.
The audit is a diagnosis. It does not produce new designs or copy, and it does not commit you to anything. The recommendation is a package matched to what we found, and you are free to act on it with us or without us.
